三黄方系列制剂的研究进展

古方泻心汤衍化至今已有多种剂型的制剂,如:三黄片、三黄胶囊、三黄散等,其中,片剂为当前最广泛应用于清热解毒、泻火通便的剂型。作者针对三黄方的处方衍化、质量控制、药理和临床研究等方面进行综述。

Ancient herbal formulae Xiexin decoction has many kinds of dosage forms of preparations such as Sanhuang tablets, Sanhuang capsules and Sanhuang powders etc.up to now. Sanhuang tablets are the most widely used dosage forms in heat-clearing and detoxicating, purging pathogenic fire and alvi dejections. The deriving of Sanhuang preparations, quality control, pharmacology and clinical research aspects were reviewed by author.
