摘要
目的分析脑静脉窦血栓形成的临床特征、诊断及治疗方法。方法对11例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者的临床诊断、治疗方法及转归进行回顾性分析及总结。结果治疗后全部患者颅内压均得到降低,死亡2例,重残3例,完全恢复6例。结论MRV及DSA检查是确诊的主要方法,应用血管内溶栓和全身抗凝是治疗脑静脉血栓安全有效的方法。
Objective To explore the methods of dignosis and treating for cerebral venous thrombosis. Methods Conclude the clinic results of 11 cases. Results The intracranial pressure （ICP） of all patients decreased obviously after the treatment. 2 patients died; 3 patients disability; 6 patients recovery. Conclusion Combination of endovascular thrombolysis and general anticoagulation is a safe and reliable method for cerebral venous thrombosis.
