聚丙烯酸/羧甲基壳聚糖/蒙脱土高吸水性树脂的合成 被引量:11

摘要 对聚丙烯酸/羧甲基壳聚糖/蒙脱土复合树脂的结构进行了红外光谱表征,并系统研究了引发剂、交联剂、蒙脱土的用量以及丙烯酸与羧甲基壳聚糖的投料比对复合树脂吸水率的影响。结果表明,当丙烯酸和壳聚糖质量比为10∶1,有机蒙脱土含量为2%,引发剂和交联剂用量分别为2.5%和0.16%时,所合成的聚丙烯酸/羧甲基壳聚糖/蒙脱土复合树脂吸(盐)水率最高,分别达到468倍与76倍。 The polyacrylic acid/carboxymethyl chitosan/montmorillonite absorbent resin was synthesized by solution polymerization and was characterized by IR. Influence of the reaction condition on the swelling ratio of the polymer was studied. The result showed that, the reaction conditions of the polyacrylic acid/carboxymethyl chitosan/montmorillonire absorbent resin having the highest swelling ratio were as following: the mass ratio of acrylic acid to carboxymethyl chitosan was 10, the quality percentage of montmorillonite modified was 2%, the mass ratio of the initiator and the crosslinking reagent to acrylic acid was 2. 5% and 1.6% respectively. The resin synthesized at this condition can absorb 468 times distilled water and 76 times salt brine.
