摘要
采用环氧树脂作基料,通过对各组分及工艺条件进行研究,开发出了一种高强环氧灌浆料,其抗压、抗弯强度比葛洲坝船闸所用环氧填充料分别提高40%和100%,并达到或超过了三峡工程设计标准;并对其施工工艺进行了探讨。
The gap whose width is about 20 to 30 millimeter between the hydraulic herringbone sluicegate and pad must be filled with gap-filling compound/grout filling. High performance stuffing is necessary, along with the development of larger hydraulic work. One kind of high strength epoxy gap-filling adhesive was developed using the epoxide resin as the matrix by selecting suitable curing agent, filler and addition. It was found that there was an obvious improvement for grout filling in compressive strength with increasing by 40 percent and in the bending strength increasing by 100 percent, com- pared with the epoxy filler applied in Ge Zhou Dam navigation lock. Moreover, it also equaled or excelled the Three Gorges project design standards. On the other hand, the researched for the gap-filling compound's application process was discussed.
