摘要 在多路交错拓扑电压调节模块中,耦合电感的方案与设计已经成为协调模块动态和稳态性能的重要措施。在引入动态和静态等效电感的电路模型基础上,提出了耦合电感气隙参数的设计指导原则,使得工程师对如何从耦合电感设计上兼顾动态和稳态性能有直观、清晰和深刻地认识,以更好地指导耦合电感设计。通过对一个两路电压调节模块的各种气隙设计实例和实验,验证了所提出的设计指导原则的便捷性和实用性。 In the inductor design of multi-phase interleaved voltage regulator module (VRM) , inductor coupling scheme and its design had become an important measurement to better trade-off the static and transient responses. With the introduction of dynamic and static inductances in the circuit model, an air-gap design guideline is proposed on air-gap design so that the design engineers could obtain intuitional and clear understanding of how to achieve both static and dynamic performances. Practical designs and tests in a two-phase VRM with different air-gap designs are performed to verify the practicality and easiness of air-gap design guideline.
