Top management teams exert important influence on enterprise performance through their operating process. The paper, based on the study of relationship between the concept of behavioral integration operated by top management teams and enterprise performance, makes an empirical study of the hotels where members of the top management teams have high frequency of communications. The study finds that behavioral integration has significant positive impact on the efficiency of decision-maklng, thus producing positive influence on a hotel's economic performance. It is also found that decision-making quality of management teams and behavioral integration are interactive. The higher their behavioral integration, the more helpful for them to formulate high-quality decision-making. And high-quality decision-making is more conducive to the promotion of their behavorial integration.
