多预想事故静态电压稳定约束阻塞管理及成本分摊 被引量:4

摘要 提出一种适用于日前电力市场,综合考虑系统正常状态当前运行点支路电流、节电电压约束以及多预想事故状态条件下的静态电压稳定约束的阻塞管理方法,并进一步提出一种基于模态有功参与因子的静态电压稳定约束阻塞成本分摊算法。通过对IEEE 30节点系统的仿真实例说明,该方法能够有效地处理多预想事故静态电压稳定约束,阻塞成本的分摊完全符合基于责任的分摊原则,不但可以公平地分摊阻塞成本,而且向市场各方提供的经济信号也有利于系统的安全稳定运行。 A congestion management method considering voltage stability under multi-contingency for day-ahead electricity markets was presented. It incorporated load margins under multi-contingency as well as branch currents and nodal voltages limits under normal conditions together in an unified model. Based on modal participation factors, an allocation method of voltage stability congestion costs was presented too. The results of simulation on IEEE 30 system show that the method can effectively handle static voltage stability constraints under normal and multi-contingency conditions. Conforming to responsibility principle, the allocation of voltage stability congestion costs is fair for every part in market from perspective of static voltage stability. The economic signals can lead system operation towards security and stability.
