本文对涂层附着力的形成、影响因素、检测方法等进行了阐述和分析,对目前在FGD系统的鳞片衬里中常用的几种专用底涂层进行了粘接强度的检测和对比筛选,提出了涂层附着力应采用在线定量的检测方法。

This article introduced the bond of the coating, the impact factors and the evaluation methods. The bond strengths of several common primers used in the scale resin lining for FGD systems were evaluated and contrasted. The evaluation of the adhesion of the coating should use the online quantitative method.
