摘要
介绍了唐钢1810mm生产线采用的温度模型,并开发了温度模拟工具。对两种机架间冷却水设定模式进行了温度模拟。结果表明,优先使用下游机架间冷却水的控制效率更高,并能降低能耗。利用温度模拟,准确判断出终轧温度异常变化的原因,采取措施后问题得到解决。
The temperature models used in 1810mm hot strip rolling line of Tangshan Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd. were introduced. The two interstands cooling types were simulated. The results show that the control efficiency of downstream interstand cooling is higher. Furthermore, the abnormal changes of finishing rolling temperature can be accurately judged by temperature simulation.
