介绍了用于造船业的热轧L45型钢对生产工艺的要求;重点介绍了其生产中采用的孔型系统,及为保证轧制稳定、保证产品质量,在孔型结构及工艺调整、控制中采取的多种有效措施,收到了较好效果。
The requirement for technology of hot rolled L45 section steel for ship was introduced. The pass system was mainly introduced. To assure the product quality and rolling stability, many measures were applied, such as optimizing pass system, adjusting technology parameters, and good effects were obtained.
