摘要
介绍了高寒山地脱毒马铃薯扩繁技术,提出催芽和微型种薯大小的选择可以提高单位面积产量。催芽0.5～1 cm可提高微型薯种薯产量24%～27%。在1.5～3g大小之间的微型薯种繁殖系数高,在8.6～12.2之间。
This paper introduced the high yield culture technique on virus-free of mini tuber in high and cold Mountain Region. Advance hastening bud and selecting size of mini tuber can enhance the yield of potato. Hastening bud about 0.5 - 1cm can enhance yield of mini tuber about 24% - 27%. The reproduce multiple of the mini tuber which size about 1.5 - 3g is higher than the others.
