氟虫腈、毒死蜱与啶虫脒对稻水象甲的毒力测定及药效试验 被引量:4

摘要 选用氟虫腈、毒死蜱和啶虫脒3种农药对稻水象甲进行了单剂和复配剂室内毒力测定和室外大田药效试验。结果表明,3种单剂室内处理成虫24 h后其LC50分别为4.85 mg·L-1、34.89 mg·L-1、76.28 mg·L-1,其中以氟虫腈毒力最强,毒死蜱次之,啶虫脒最差;用氟虫腈与其他两种药剂复配室内处理成虫,24h后以氟虫腈+毒死蜱复配剂的毒力最强,其LC50为3.29 mg·L-1;大田药效试验氟虫腈单剂以1 000倍液的防效较好,对成虫和幼虫的防效均在80%以上,且成本较低,毒死蜱单剂以500倍液的防效较好,两种药剂的复配剂以1 000倍液的防效较好,在秧田期和大田期的防效均达90%以上。 In order to find a best pesticide to control the rice water weevil in Shuangfen county of Hunan province, three pesticides were screened and their virulences test were performed in room and field. The main results showed that LC50(24h) was fipronil 4.85 mg·L^-1, chlorpyrifos 34.89 mg·L^-1 and acetadpdd 76.28 mg·L^-1 respectively. Compared with chlorpyrifos and acetadpdd, fipronil showed a better effect on RWW. Furthermore, two of insecticides mentioned above were mixed randomly together to observe their prevention effects and the results indicated that fipronil combined with chlorpyrifos achieved an optimal LC50 (24h) of 3.29 mg·L^-1. Moreover, field test results showed that a mixed solution of 5% fipronil coupled with 15% chlorpyrifos diluted by 1000 times in complex reagent treatment achieved an optimal effect, controlling efficiency was 90%.
