摘要 当前的教师教育正处在由传统师范教育体系向现代教师教育体系转变的重要历史时期。面临新的机遇和挑战,传统的独立设置、封闭定向型教师教育体系已经不能满足时代发展对高素质师资的要求,必须加快改革与创新,走开放化、一体化、专业化的道路,建构新型的教师教育体系,培养高素质、专业化的教师。 Nowadays teachers'education is in an historical period, which changes from the traditional education system to the modern system. Facing the new opportunities and challenges, the traditional independent and closed system of teachers'education can not meet the requirements for training the high - quality teachers. So it is urgent to accelerate reform and innovation, to take an opening, integrating and specialized way, and to construct the new system for teachers'education and train the high - quality and specialized teachers. This article simply discusses the necessity and basic approaches for constructing the new system for teachers'education.
