介绍了高校图书馆馆藏建设现状,针对馆藏建设中存在的诸多问题,分析了学科馆员在馆藏建设中的作用,提出了完善我国学科馆员制度的建议。

This paper introduces the present development of the collection construction in university library, and in the light of the problems existing in the collection construction, analyzes the functions of the subject librarian in the collection construction, and put forward some suggestions on perfecting the subject librarian system in China.
