摘要
以国际条约以及各国对技术保护措施的立法规定为依据,分析了网络环境下技术保护措施对著作权合理使用所造成的影响。
Taking the international convention and the technological protection measures legislation stipulation of various countries as the bases, this paper analyzes the influence of the technological protection measures on the fair use of copyright under the network environment.
