浅谈高校独立学院档案管理的弊端与对策

随着独立学院的兴起,这种以新机制、新模式出现的本科独立学院面临着许多新的管理问题,档案管理是其难点之一。对独立学院在档案管理方面存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了加强独立学院档案管理的对策。

The independent colleges with new mechanism and new models are facing many new management problems, in which the archives management is one of its difficulties. This paper analyzes the main problems in archives management of independent colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening archives management of independent colleges.
