摘要 介绍了C50F200W4泵送混凝土配合比设计、试配及应用情况,指出通过选用优质原材料、掺加优质粉煤灰和高效减水剂,减少了水泥用量,降低了工程成本,解决了高强度混凝土水化热高的难题,降低了混凝土因内外温差产生裂缝的可能性,确保了工程施工的顺利进行和工程质量。 This paper introduces the mixing proportion design, trial-mixing and application of C50F200W4 pump concrete, and points out that through selecting high-quality raw materials and adding high-quality fly ash and high efficiency water reducing agent, the dosage of cement is reduced, the construction cost is lowered, the difficult problem of higher hydration heat of high-strength concrete is solved, the possibility of cracks caused by the temperature difference between the internal and the external of the concrete, and the smoothness of the construction and the construction quality are guaranteed.
