预防胰腺癌根治术后复发的治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 由于外科技术和围手术期处理手段的改进，胰腺癌手术切除的疗效已获较大提高。目前，在世界各地大型综合医院中其手术死亡率及并发症发生率均大幅降低，但术后长期生存率迄今仍未得到很好改善。2000年中国抗癌协会胰腺癌专业委员会14家大型医院的2340例根治性手术统计结果表明，胰腺癌根治术后中位生存期为17.1个月，5年生存率仅为8.47。
