选择固定性衬垫假体还是活动性衬垫假体
摘要
人工全膝关节假体设计和手术技术的进步,使全膝关节成形术(totalknee arthroplasty,TKA)的应用范围越来越广泛。TKA已经成为减轻骨关节炎或类风湿关节炎患者膝关节疼痛、恢复膝关节功能的标准手术,是治疗严重膝关节骨关节病的唯一有效方法。根据假体设计的基本原理不同,目前可将人工全膝关节假体分为两类:固定性衬垫(fixed bearing)假体和活动性衬垫(mobile bearing)假体。
