疣状表皮发育不良并发多发皮角

Epidermodysplasia verruciformis concurrent with multiple cutaneous horns:a case report

报告1例疣状表皮发育不良并发多发皮角损害。患者男,36岁。四肢多发疣状增生物24年,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:双手、前臂、双足及小腿密布淡黑褐色疣状增生物,疣体表面形成多个巨大坚硬的皮角。皮损组织病理学改变符合疣状表皮发育不良和皮角。给予阿维A口服,联合抗病毒、免疫调节剂等治疗后,病情明显好转。

A case of epidennodysplasia verrnciformis concurrent with mutiple cutaneous horns damage is reported. A 36- year-old male presented with multiple neoplasms on his extremities for 24 years, without any symptoms, Physical examination showed the dark brown verruciform lesions on his hands, feet, arms and lower legs, with multiple huge and hard hyperkeratotic horns on the surface of the lesions. The histopathology of the biopsied specimens was consistent with epidermodysplasia verrneiformis and cutaneous horns. His illness got obvious improvement after systemic aeitretin treatment combined with antivirus and immune modulator therapy.
