特发性脊柱侧弯矫形患者心理体验的实践体会 被引量:5

摘要 特发性脊柱侧弯常见于儿童及青少年,其不仅可造成体态畸形,腰背痛,行动不便,心理障碍,更重要是影响胸廓和心肺的正常发育。未经治疗的病例死亡率很高。因此,手术矫形对本病具有重要意义,而做好周手术期康复护理是保证手术成功的重要条件。本研究旨在通过研究讨论围手术期脊柱侧弯患者的心理,为制定更为有效的、有针对性的护理干预措施提供依据.
