摘要 通过建立有效的脊髓损伤动物模型进行基础研究,才能为脊髓损伤的检测及治疗提供科学依据。在建立脊髓损伤模型时,尽量简化操作步骤,损伤装置及致伤能量达到准确、客观、定量,以便复制出具有高度稳定性和重复性的动物模型。另外,脊髓损伤模型种类繁多,各有其优缺点,在应用时应根据具体实验研究目的和条件做出科学的选择。 Establishing an effective model of spinal cord injury can offer a-scientific basis for the detection and treatment of the spinal cord injury. It is necessary to simplify the operation procedures, damnificate equipment and energy leading to injury to be exact, objective and quantitative when establishing models, so that the animal model can be copied out with high stability and the repetition. In addition, there are various kinds of models with different advantages, so it should be chosen according to the idiographic purposes and the conditions of experiments.
