Discussion on Planning Management Information System Design Based on GIS: A Case Study of Kunming

昆明市规划管理信息系统设计基于GIS技术的设计思路,提出了建立该类系统的解决方案。系统结构由数据层、平台层和应用层等3个逻辑层次构成,包括规划业务审批、CAD绘图、规划管理维护、电子报批及数据交换与共享等5个功能模块,系统具有统一性、完整性和规范性,以期更好地为昆明市规划审批、管理服务,以及为其他城市的信息化建设起到借鉴作用。

The design of the Kunming GIS based urban planning information system can offer solutions to similar sysrbms. The system uses the three logic levels of data, platform, and application. It has five fonctional modules; planning applications, digital pla n examination and approval, creating CAD drawings, plan management and maintenance, and shared information. It is an integrated, standardized, and complete planning system that will effectively facilitate Kunmieg urban planning.
