The paper illustrates from the general characteristics of the Tibetan residential houses, emphasizes on the introduction of the typical residential house in Sakya regions from many aspects, the structure, the materials, the production craft and decorative methods by combining with the special religious culture in Sakya county in Tibetan, evolves the relationship between Sakya residential houses and temples from the angle of the history, and provides relatively complete references for the Sakya residential houses.
