对某住宅楼板加固处理

利用PKPM和有限元软件ETABS对某住宅楼板裂缝进行了受力分析,分析其开裂原因,并根据分析结果取不利状况,在加载试验的基础上,对此住宅楼板裂缝进行了加固处理,从而避免楼板新裂缝的出现。

The paper has a stressed analysis of the cracks on the floor slab by using PKPM and the finite dement software ETABS, analyzes reasons for cracks, and points out the intensifying treatment on the cracks on floor slab on the basement of loading tests according to the results in disadvantageous situations, so as to avoid more cracks on the floor slab.
