摘要
该文采用喷射鼓泡反应器实验研究了高岭土涤烟剂净化柴油机废气的化学反应过程。由高岭土、稀土催化剂和NaOH溶液组成的涤烟剂,其碳烟的脱除率为65%,NOx、SO2和HC化合物的脱除率均在80%以上。高岭土的浓度对碳烟脱除率几乎没有影响。喷射鼓泡反应器的使用引起排气背压的升高不会恶化柴油机性能,气温度由420~460℃降至50~56℃。
The chemical reaction process of porcelain clay detergent with diesel exhaust gas was investigated in a jet bubbling reactor. The detergent is composed of porcelain clay, rare earth catalyst and NaOH solution. About 65% removal of exhaust particulate and above 80% removal of NO x, SO 2 and HC compound can be achieved for the porcelain clay detergent. The concentration of porcelain clay hardly affects the removal of exhaust particulate. The increase of exhaust resistance by using the jet bubbling reactor doesnt deteriorate diesel properties, and the temperature of exhaust gas decreases from 420~460℃to 50~60℃.
