针对过去梁板预制过程中龙门桁吊出现的一些问题,结合实际工程,介绍了梁板预制场龙门桁吊的一种设计方法,并对其进行了验算,验算结果表明该设计满足要求,从而避免了龙门桁吊变形、毁坏、垮塌的事件发生。

Aiming at some problems existed in past beam and plate precast field portal jib crane, combining with practice engineering, a design method of beam and plate precast field portal jib crane was introduced, and which was checked. The checking calculation showed that this design reached the demand, so as to avoid the occurrence of deformation, damage and collision accidents of portal jib crane.
