摘要
通过分析山西省220 kV输变电工程项目竣工环保验收过程中存在的问题,从提高工作效率,节约社会资源,降低行政管理成本的目的出发,提出了改进电网项目竣工环保验收程序及方法的建议。
Through the analysis of the problems in the environmental protection acceptance at completion of the 220 kV power transmission and transformation project in Shanxi, the author puts forward the suggestions to improve the procedure and the methods of the environmental protection acceptance at completion of the power network projects based on the goal of the improving the work efficiency, saving the social resources and reducing the administration cost.
