摘要
分析了施工组织设计的重要性,探讨了不重视施工组织设计产生的弊端,并通过具体工程实例进行了说明,阐述了编好施工组织设计应注重的几个方面,指出在企业内部充分发挥造价人员既懂技术、懂政策又懂法律的专长和作用是编好施工组织设计和提高企业经济效益的重要方面。
Based upon analysis of the importance of construction organization design the shortages to neglect construction organization design are discussed. Combined with practical work several questions deserving attention in compilation construction organization design are elaborated. Author points out that developing subjective initiative of cost engineers who is familiar with technology, policy and legal is premise for well compilation of construction organization design to increase economic benefits of enterprises.
