摘要
该文以微波放大器的有源网络设计为基础,针对微波晶体管输入与输出阻抗相互影响的特点,提出了阻抗匹配的自适应递推设计方法。该方法具有稳定性好、收敛快、对初值不敏感等优点,可广泛用于微波放大器及振荡器的调谐及阻抗调配,也可用于无源网络的阻抗调配。文中结合具体实例,对该方法进行了分析及检验。
On the basis of the active networks design for microwave amplifier, and in view of mutual influence of input and output impedences of a microwave transistor, an adaptive recursive method for impedence matching is presented in this paper. The method has the advantages of high stability, fast convergence and no sensitiveness to initial values. It can be widely used in tune and impedence matching for microwave amplifiers and oscillators, and can also be used in passive networks. The method is analysed and clarified in the paper by the specific example.
