发射药柔性制造技术单元设备的数学建模

摘要 连续、自动并且具有柔性的单元设备的研究与突破,是开展发射药柔性制造技术研究的首要环节。该文探讨了采用溶剂法生产工艺的发射药柔性制造中连续驱水、预混及驱溶3个关键单元的生产工艺参数的建模问题,提出了单元的多元多项式回归模型、回归检验、正交试验表、优化模型等的建立及求解方法。文中以连续驱水单元为例进行了模型处理,解出了该单元的一组最优生产工艺参数。 The research and breakthrough of the cell equipment with a continuity, automation and flexibility is a key to develop the research of propellant flexible manufacturing technology. This paper discusses the modeling problems of technological parameters about three critical cells that are expelling water, mixture and expelling solvent continuously in propellant flexible manufacturing, using solvent method as productive technology. In this paper, we develop some methods of modeling and solution about the regression model of multivariate polynomial, regressive verification, perpendicular experiment table and optimization model of the cell equipment. As an example, we engage in modeling process for the expelling water cell, and obtain a group of optimum technological parameters about the cell equipment.
