摘要
以高频电炉熔化、稀土镁钙合金作蠕化剂,采用陶瓷型精铸工艺,试生产了蠕铁压铸模。试验表明,蠕铁不仅有较高的抗拉强度、硬度及延伸率,而且还有优于其它石墨形态铸铁的抗热疲劳性能,具有较高的寿命价格比。
Melted by high-frequency electric furnace,taking Mg-Ca rare earth alloy as creeping agent,adopting ceramic cast technique,the compacted graphite casting die is produced.The results show that its tensile strength,hardness and extension are higher,and its anti-thermal fatigue property is better than other graphite casting dies.Moreover,its lifetime/cost ratio is higher.
