摘要
依据包括振动-转动能级在内的多能级速率方程的理论,研究了CO2激光器对于小讯号腔长调制响应特性,提出了一种测定激光介质动力学参数的新方法,并对CO2激光器的动力学参数A,γ11,γR,k等进行了测定,该方法简便、可行。
Based on the rate equation model includong vibro-rotational manifolds,the response of a CO 2 laser to modulation for the cavity length is studied,a new measurimg method of the dynamical parameters of the laser is provided,by which parameters,such as A,γ11,γR,k,are measured,and proved to be avaliable and convenient.
