城中村是在我国特定的城乡"二元"分割行政管理体制下,在城市规划区内仍然存在的农村模式的城中村地区,是长期形成的"顽症"。结合湖北城中村改造的探索实例和工作实际谈了一些启示,对推进我国城中村改造具有较大的现实指导意义。

The urban village is a city under the urban-rural dual specific area with rural mode in administrative system in China, which is a persistent problem. The author puts forwards some inspirations by combining with some cases and reconstruction practice, which have great practical guidance significance to improving urban village reconstruction in China.
