历史建筑评估是历史建筑保护工作中的重要一环,评估中指标体系的权重系数是保证评估工作客观有效的重要因素。在历史建筑评估工作中引入结构方程模型,科学确定历史建筑评估体系中各项指标系数,这是历史建筑评估工作定性和定量的根本保证。
Evaluation is an important link in the process of historic buildings protection, and the coefficient of index system is the key factor to guarantee evaluation objective and effective. The structural equation models are introduced to evaluation, and each index coefficient is confirmed scientifically, which ultimately guarantee the evaluation qualitative and quantitative.
