摘要
粉煤灰水泥的水化过程包括水泥熟料的水化反应和粉煤灰的活性组份与Ca(OH)2的火山灰反应两类不同的反应,因而促进粉煤灰水泥水化的作用方式也有两类.当粉煤灰掺量较大时,采取促进粉煤灰的火山灰反应的措施效果较显著,且后期效果比早期效果显著;在粉煤灰掺量较小时采取促进水泥熟料水化反应的措施,对粉煤灰水泥的作用较为显著.根据这些特征,对两种激发剂及机械磨细对改善粉煤灰水泥性能的作用进行了理论分析.各种促进作用的有效组合方式应该同时考虑对水泥熟料水化反应和对粉煤灰的火山灰反应的作用.
The hydration process of fly ash cement includes two different reaction of the hydration of clinker and the pozzlanic reaction between the activated component in fly ash and Ca(OH) 2 . Thus, there are two kinds of the pattern promoting the hydration of fly ash cement: one is promoting the pozzolanic reaction between fly ash and Ca(OH) 2, and the other is promoting the hydration of clinker. The paper analyzes the features of every effect promoting the hydration of fly ash cement, and indicates that if the measures promoting the pozzolanic reaction of fly ash is taken, its effectiveness is marked when the content of fly ash is smaller, and the effectiveness is more marked at later age than at early age; but if the measures promoting the hydration of clinker is taken, its effectiveness is marked when the content of fly ash is smaller. According to these features, the effect of two sorts of activator and milling on the property of fly ash cement is analysed. On the basis of the analysis, it is indicated that the effects on both the hydration of clinker and pozzlanic reaction of fly ash must be considered at the same time to improve the property of fly ash cement.
