Studies on Chemical Constituents of Plantago depressa Willd

摘要 目的研究平车前(Plantago depressa Willd)的化学成分。方法采用体积分数95%乙醇提取,硅胶、ODS和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别为熊果酸(ursolic acid,1),大车前苷(plantamajoside,2),洋丁香酚苷(acteoside,3),车前草苷D(plantainoside D,4),大车前草苷(majoroside,5),10-羟基大车前草苷(10-hydroxymajoroside,6)和京尼平苷酸(geniposidic acid,7)。结论除了洋丁香酚苷之外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents ofPlantago depressa Willd. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silicagel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column. Compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid(1), plantamajoside(2), acteoside(3), plantainoside D(4), majoroside(5), 10-hydroxymajoroside(6), geniposidic acid(7).CONCLUSION But for acteoside, all the compounds were isolated from Plantago depressa willd for the first time.
