摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定八角茴香中莽草酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Venusil HILIC(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%三氟乙酸(95:5),流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为210nm。结果平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为1.28%,符合分析要求。该方法的标准曲线为Y=33277p+149.32,r=0.9989,线性范围为0.001~6μg。结论方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,适用于含有莽草酸的药材及制剂的质量分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate RP-HPLC method for the determination of shikimic acid in fruit ofllliciun verum Hook.f. METHODS The analytical column was Venusil HILIC column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) , and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% trifluoroacetic acid (95:5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. RESULTS The average recovery and RSD were 99.54 % and 1.28%, respectively. The calibration curve of shikimic acid for this method was Y=33 277 ρ+149.32 (r=0.998 9) in the range of 0.001-6 μg. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the determination of shikimic acid in herb medicines and preparation containing shikimic acid.
