数值模拟在粉末冶金零件压制中的应用 被引量:6

The application of numerical simulation in powder compaction of metallurgy component

摘要 利用计算机模拟粉末压制过程,能有效地缩短设计周期,降低设计成本。利用MSC.M arc软件的用户子程序,模拟多台面同步器齿毂的三维压制过程,分析讨论不同工艺参数的选取对压制效果的影响,优化粉末冶金零件的压制工艺参数。测量优化工艺参数后压制零件的密度分布,试验结果表明优化工艺参数后压制零件的密度分布较为均匀且与模拟结果较为一致。 Computer simulation of powder compaction is helpful to speed up the process of designing and manufacturing powder metallurgy components, and saving cost. Simulated the press of the synchronizer by user-subroutines of MSC. Marc. Discussed the press results influenced in different technical parameters, optimized the press parameters of press part. The density distribution was measured and compared with simulation results. The experimental results indicated that the density distribution is homogenous after optimization.
