从静态和动态两个方面分析生产系统中的瓶颈问题。在静态方面主要通过在瓶颈识别过程中引入订单延迟成本这一重要的绩效指标。在动态方面详细分析瓶颈漂移产生的原因及形成机理,并在此基础上提出相应的预测方案。

Bottleneck is studied from dynamic and static aspect. At static aspect, a bottleneck index is introduced, which is found by the cost of order form detertion. At the dynamic aspect, through studying the causation of the bottle shifting, the corresponding forecast means are put forward.
