摘要
采用通用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对深孔钻削中油路系统进行力学仿真。仿真结果表明:试验仿真结果与理论结果相吻合,同时也找出在排屑过程中应该解决的主要问题(一方面是进油口处的压力和流量,另一方面是切削区钻头形状的改进),这些问题的研究对实际排屑问题的解决有指导性作用,并且使研究者更进一步形象地认识到处于封闭状态下深孔加工的特性。
The circuit system of deep-hole drilling is simulated using general purpose Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code FLUENT. The simulation resuhs demonstrate that the simulation results are accordant with the theoretical results and the process of chip removal should include the major issues, which are the pressure and flow of oil inlet and the improvement of drill in cutting zone. The research on these issues is conducive to the settlement of chip removal . After that, they also indicate the further understanding of the deep-hole processing features, which are the mechanical properties.
