摘要
应用计算机技术和虚拟现实技术实现可视化虚拟PLC(Progremmable Logic Controller)实验系统的方法是:采用Vis-ual C++6.0编程构建PLC图形化编辑平台,并在计算机中仿真实现硬件PLC的全部功能;然后,利用SolidWorks建立典型控制对象的三维模型,并导入到Eon Studio的虚拟环境平台中;最后,将虚拟PLC的输出通过通讯模块传递到Eon Studio中,用以改变模型的运动参数,从而实现虚拟控制过程的仿真。
A method about how to build a visualized virtual PLC experiment system with computer and virtual reality technique is introduced. First, the PLC graphic editor is set up with Visual C ++ 6.0, and all the function of the PLC is simulated by a computer. Then, the typical control object models are established with SolidWorks, and they are imported into the virtual environment with the Eon Studio model import interface. Finally, the output of virtual PLC is sent into the Eon Studio, also the dynamic parameters of model are changed for the simulation of the virtual control process.
