摘要
研究反应结合Al2O3-ZrO2-SiC复合陶瓷的快速烧结工艺和力学性能,讨论了反应结合过程及物相变化.快速烧结是抑制晶粒生长,获得均匀、细微、致密结构的有效途径,No.3复合陶瓷在1550℃经10min的快速烧结,材料的力学性能达到了较好水平,强度555MPa,断裂韧性3.6MPa·m1/2,维氏硬度17.1GPa.
Al 2O 3 ZrO 2 SiC composites were prepared by RBAO technology(Reaction Bonding of Aluminum Oxide).After pressing and reaction bonding,the samples were fast fired under different conditions.The reaction bonding process and fast firing were discussed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of these composites were investigated.
