摘要
研制了可用于塑料薄膜表面电晕处理的高频高压Ｅ类逆变电源．逆变器的开关管为ＩＧ－ＢＴ，最大输出电压峰值３０ｋＶ，频率３０ｋＨｚ，最大电晕放电功率１ｋＷ．该电源已用于工业生产，运行稳定、可靠．
A high frequency high voltage power supply for corona surface treatment of plastic film is developed in this paper,which consiss of a 30 kHz 1kW class E inverter using IGBT and a set up transformer.This power supply has been applied to industrial production process.and shown as operating stabilizition and meeting the needs of technology.
