摘要
针对汽车焊接机器人工位缺乏精确可靠的焊接过程分析,本文应用DELMIA/Robotics软件实现汽车侧围的机器人焊接工位运动仿真。结果表明,运用DELMIA/Robotics可以有效降低运行成本和机器人编程时间。
Lacking precision and reliable analysis of the welding process of welding robot for BIW, DELMIA/Robotics was adapted to realize the simulation of welding process. The result of the simulation showed that using DELMIA/Robotics could effectively reduce the operat- ing cost and the time of programming for welding robot.
