摘要
介绍用于R型变压器铁芯生产的开料机中拖料辊的研发与设计。针对套裁式加工特点,采用非对称式结构设计,并具有自适应机械功能,能够适应高速状态加工。相对于传统设计,结构精简,成本低廉,达到了预期效果。
ntroduce the R&D of the draging roller which use in the K-type transformer core's manufacture equipment. Aimed at the spe- ciality of the nesting cutting, the draging roller was designed in asymmerty style and can be adapted to the high manufature speed.Compared to the traditional design, it's adaptive and cheaper, achieved the expected result.
