摘要
无菌包装属于现代高新技术,无菌包装设备有许多种,根据操作方法、包装形式、灌注方式等不同,主要有典型的瑞典TetraPak公司的TBA系列设备和德国的康美盒(Combibloc),本文从包装材料、灭菌方式、包装盒的形成等多个方面对它们进行比较。
Aseptic packaging is a high newly technology. There are many different kinds of equipment of aseptic packaging. Today there are mainly two kinds of aseptic packaging, one is a series of TBA equipment of Tetra Pak company in Swedish, Other is Combibloc of germany, according to operation method, packing form and perfusion pattern . In this paper, the compare of difference in packaging material, sterilization method and formation of packing box.
