分析了以AutoCAD软件及VB6.0为集成开发环境,实现电动机端盖系列化零件CAPP的途径,提出了运用VB提取零件特征信息、尺寸及公差的方法,并能根据实际需要对工艺规程模板进行添加、删除及修改,从而自动生成机械加工工艺过程卡及机械加工工序卡。

This article analyzes to Autodesk＇s AutoCAD software and VB6.0 integrated development environment for the CAPP realization of motor end cover serialized components, and make use of VB components extracted features, size and tolerance approach, and make some essential revision like increase or deletion,according to the technological process template actual need,thus produce the machining- manufacturing technological procedure card and machining-manufacturing process card automatically.
