摘要
在木材胶粘剂的生产过程中,对炼胶釜内温度的控制是一至关重要的环节。炼胶釜内温度的大热贯性、大时滞且非线性,是实现这一生产过程自动化所面临的主要困难。本文提出了一种基于自校正PID算法的胶粘剂生产过程温度控制系统,仿真实验结果表明,该算法大大提高了控制精度且具有较好的鲁棒性。
In the course of the wood adhesive production, the control of temperature is the first essential link. The long time-lag, prodigious thermal inertial and non-linear of temperature in refining adhesive is the main difficult to realize the produce course automation. Applying self-tuning PID algorithm to refining adhesive temperature control system, the control precision of temperature was improved greatly.
