Decision Model of Disposing Resources Reasonably

首先从系统论角度指出资源要素既包括存在也包括意识，而资源优化配置主要应考虑整体性优化．接着对离散型资源优化配置问题给出严格提法，最后利用最优化原理建立了资源优化配置决策模型并给出求解这一模型的迭代法．

Based on systematic theory, this paper points out that the resource elements include both matter and consciousness, while the optimum disposal of resourses should mainly consider global optimization. A strict description is given to the problem of discrete optimum disposal of resources. Finally it sets up the decision model for optimum disposal of resources based on the optimum principles, as well as the iterative method to the solution of this model.
